Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AURA MNGR SUITE, the private platform AURA MNGR (“we”, “us”) uses to work with the creators it manages and the staff who support them. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

Your agreements with the agency come first

If you are a creator, your relationship with the agency is governed by the agreements you sign with us, such as the Creator Management Agreement, Model Release, and consent forms. Staff may likewise have their own agreements with the agency.

These terms do not replace, amend or add to any of those agreements. They only cover how the platform itself may be used. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Who may use the platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Creator accounts become active only once the agency approves them. Staff accounts exist only by invitation from the agency.
  • What you can see and do depends on your role. Access we have not given you is not permission, even if a technical gap would let you reach it.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Do not share your account.
  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
  • Tell us straight away at officialauramgr@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access information or areas outside your role, or try to get around the platform’s permissions or limits;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or content depicting anyone who has not been verified as an adult and given consent in the way your agreements require;
  • use the platform to harass, pressure or deceive anyone;
  • scrape, copy or automate access to the platform, or interfere with how it works; or
  • use it for anything unlawful.

Your content and consent

You keep ownership of what you create and upload. You give us permission to store, transfer and display it within the platform as needed to operate it. Any wider rights to your content are set only by your signed agreements.

Your content limits are yours. Requests that fall outside your signed comfortability form are refused by the platform, and you are never obliged to accept a request.

File storage

Files you upload are transferred to the agency’s Google Drive, and the temporary copy is removed once the transfer is confirmed. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what access the platform has to that Drive.

Third-party platforms

The platform does not connect to or automate OnlyFans or any other third-party platform account. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Availability and changes to the platform

We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but it is provided as it is and may occasionally be unavailable, change, or have errors. We may add, change or remove features.

Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access to the platform if these terms are broken, to protect someone’s safety or information, or when your relationship with the agency ends. Ending platform access does not by itself end any signed agreement; that is governed by the agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any obligation in your signed agreements.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the platform before a material change takes effect.
